Home Buyer Inspection

Buyers usually have 3-10 days to have a home inspection performed prior to the closing. A home inspection should be performed from top to bottom, from the roof all the way to the foundation as well as any other extra areas and systems the buyer may want to include (i.e. sprinkler systems and pools). At Deer Creek Home Inspections we follow the standards of practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission and you can expect a thorough, detailed and impeccable home inspection.

11 Month Warranty Inspections

​A Builder's warranty normally will last 1 year. Having a pre-warranty expiration inspection performed before the warranty expires will reveal any defects before the cost of repair becomes your responsibility. If defects are found prior to the warranty expiring, the Builder may be responsible. ​ It is recommended that this inspection be done around the 11th m

Benefits of having a pre-listing inspection performed are numerous.
